Delivery Options
Please allow 1 - 4 working days to despatch your items then postage time added on.
- Standard Postage : 2 - 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- Express Postage : 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays and rural delivery areas*
Where We Ship From
We are based in Leura, in the heart of the Blue Mountains, NSW Australia and we ship worldwide.
Order Processing Times
Standard — Please allow 1 - 4 working days to despatch your items then postage time usually arrived between 2-5 days.
Express Delivery — Your order will be sent within 1 working day Monday - Friday unless we need to do a special order for it and then we will contact you to confirm the time.
All orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
All orders are subject to availability and payment.
During peak periods, additional processing time may be required.
Order Delivery Charges
We use Australia Post for sending parcels both domestically and internationally. Whilst we are considered to be part of the Greater Sydney region for post, there is only one postal truck leaving Leura each weekday, which can occasionally delay parcel delivery.

Bulky Items
There are a few items in our store that are excluded from free domestic shipping as they are quite bulky. These items will be clearly identified as such in the product description and any orders for these items will be charged $35 for delivery. These items will not be available for ordering by anyone outside of Australia.
Delivery To Multiple Addresses
You may only ship to one address per order.
If your order contains gifts or items that require delivery to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
Order Tracking Information
Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link to track the progress of your shipment.
Refused Delivery
We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged, please accept the delivery and call us on 02 4784 3154 or email us at info@teddysinclair.com so we can assist you with your order.
Redirecting an Order
Please make sure your shipping address is correct—we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!
