Covid-19: Due to difficulties with ordering and posting please allow extra time for deliveries -
Within Australia: 5-15 working days for the products to arrive.
International: Up to 2 months as international postage is unreliable currently.
Returns: We accept most returns within reason, we hold the right to decline a refund if the item is; (accidentally) damaged, obviously used or stained, must be returned in the original undamaged packaging or if an item is unsanitary to return such as boxers, food, cologne, shaving cream/soap, soap, skin care products Etc. All returns must be accompanied with a receipt. Please take a photo or copy of the receipt and enclose with the returned item, so we can track the purchase. All returns must be made within 2 months of the purchase date unless we make an arrangement with you.
If a refund is deemed acceptable, then it will be in the form of a store credit which can be used for both instore and online store. Redeemable for up to 3 years. All returns must be accompanied with a receipt. Please take a photo or copy of the receipt and enclose with the returned item, so we can track the purchase. All returns must be made within 2 months of the purchase date unless we make an arrangement with you.
Laybys: We will hold laybys for an extended time, as long as regular payments are being made. If we have had no response for over a year the layby will be deemed unwanted and returned to stock. Money is refundable as long as receipts (or copies) are retained.
Holds: We are glad to hold an item for a short period, a few days is standard, however, you can request a certain day within a reasonable amount of time, to be determined by staff. If you need to extend the hold please call or notify us and we can hold for up to two weeks, after which they will be returned to stock. (If you add a minimum 10% deposit to the item then they are subject to Layby rules which will extend the hold time significantly.
Special Deals: During special events and sales, if we deem a purchase to be taking advantage of an error or mistake, then we hold the right to decline the order (with a full refund of what was originally paid) An item that was bought on a special sales event, where a free item or service was won, then a refund may not be claimed on either the purchase or the prize.
Deals: Once you select a product that you wish to order, irrespective of any previous prices you have seen or heard, you will be shown or told a price (on the site) and these prices are final. An expired deal or coupon/code cannot be used to alter this price, or an old price cannot be used to change the current price of the item. Current codes can still be used to alter the new price, but holding an item in the cart will not retain the price (once the price changes so will items in the cart) Once a deal expires it cannot be used. Please check the expiry of any deals so as to not miss out on the special. If there has been a price change you are welcome to make a dispute, however, a decision will be made by staff as they look through the context of the situation.
Gift Cards: Are redeemable for up to 3 years of purchase and can be utilised online and in-store. You do not need to have the original as long as it is readable or you have a copy. If you lose a gift card we will endeavour to help you recover it but we are not responsible for any losses if the information cannot be found. We cannot refund a gift card into cash and must be only refunded onto the original credit card that was used for the original purchase. If fraud is suspected then you may be required to provide a proof of purchase.
Personal Information: Any information we receive from a customer will be strictly confidential. Including signing up to our email, giving a name, phone number or email for an in store order or signing up to our website. We will never sell, disclose or in anyway allow your personal information to fall into the hands of anyone who is not a part of our Teddy Sinclair team. Rest assured we have respect for our customers and will not exploit any information given to us.
Payments: You must pay for the Order in full at the time of ordering by one of the payment methods we accept on the Site. You must be fully entitled to use the payment method used for purchases. The payment method must have sufficient funds, credit or other payment facilities to cover the purchase. We are not responsible for the decisions of payment providers to allow you to use their service, or provide any warranties or assurances about them. If a particular service is not available to you, you should use another valid payment method. You may elect to store your payment methods to your Account for future purchases.
When you place an Order, you will receive from us an Order confirmation by email. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your Order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods (“Contract”) will not be formed until you receive a shipment confirmation email from us. We are not obliged to supply the product to you until we have accepted your Order. We may in our discretion refuse to accept an Order from you for any reason, including but not limited to:
(a) unavailability of stock (in which case we may ask you to re-submit your Order or offer you an alternative product or size);
(b) we suspect that you might on-sell our products to other consumers;
(c) if we suspect your Order is fraudulent, or suspect credit card or payment-related fraud; or
(d) if there has been an error in the imagery, price or product description on the Site,
(e) if there has been an error by way of the wrongful inclusion of an item in a particular sale or promotion.
until the time when we accept your Order, we reserve the right to refuse to process your Order and you have the right to cancel your Order. If we or you have cancelled your Order before it has been accepted, we will promptly refund any payment already made by you to your original payment method.
Complaints: If you have any grievances or just a question please send to us through the messaging System under "Contact us" on our website. These are kept separate to the rest of our emails and will usually have a reply much sooner than our other emails.
Please be respectful and patient with our staff as they will strive to help in any way possible. Mistakes do occasionally occur but we will endeavour to sort the issues as quickly as we can. Your patience is appreciated. Rude or abusive behaviours will not be tolerated.
