How stunning are these Blue Sea Snakes - commonly known as a sea Krait - they are venomous so watch out when wearing this Brooch! They are found in the Indian and Western Pacific Ocean and they live on coral reefs although it does need to come ashore sometimes to nest and rest and feed and its here they shed their skin. They can hold their breath for long periods of time, and they have a paddle-like tail that improves their swimming ability.
